United States Shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping across the U.S. using USPS or UPS, depending on which carrier offers faster delivery to your location.

All Other International Shipping
Rates for Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, UAE, Singapore, New Zealand, Asia-Pacific (Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan), and Middle East (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia) are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Available carriers include DHL eCommerce, DHL Express, UPS, and FedEx.
Final shipping rates will be shown at checkout. All international orders include tracking.

Duties and Taxes
- For EU orders, duties and taxes are always prepaid at checkout — no additional charges will be due upon delivery.
- For all other international orders, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless prepaid during checkout. Refusal to pay duties may result in your package being returned or abandoned.
- Inaury is not responsible for customs delays or any additional import fees.
Order Processing & Tracking
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- All shipments include tracking and basic insurance.
Disclaimer & Additional Notes
- Shipping estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Inaury is not responsible for delayed deliveries once a package has been handed off to the carrier. We will do our best to assist you in resolving carrier-related issues.
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery, unpaid duties, or an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
- Once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Consider selecting a shipping method with signature confirmation for high-value orders.
