If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you specific rights regarding your Personal Information.

What Happens Next

We verify your identity – We'll confirm you are who you say you are using the information you provided.
We process your request – We'll complete your request within 45 days. If we need more time, we'll let you know.
We confirm completion – We'll notify you when your request has been fulfilled.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide proof of authorization (such as a signed permission letter or power of attorney) and we may still require you to verify your identity directly.
