Where is Inaury based?

We are proudly based in New York, USA. All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. studio.

Do you have a physical store?

Not at the moment. Inaury is an online-only jewelry brand, which allows us to serve customers across the U.S. and select international regions.

Do you offer local pickup?

No, we do not currently offer local pickups. All orders are shipped directly to your address.

How can I contact customer support?

You can reach us anytime by emailing support@inaury.com or by submitting a message through our Contact Us page. We typically respond within 24–48 business hours.

Do you work with content creators or influencers?

Yes! If you’re a content creator or influencer who aligns with our brand, feel free to reach out to us at marketing@inaury.com or tag us on Instagram @inaury.official.

Orders

How long does it take to process & ship my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. You can also track your order here.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

We can only update shipping addresses if the order hasn't shipped yet. Email us as sppm as possible at support@inaury.com.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours if your order hasn’t shipped yet. After that, changes can’t be guaranteed.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.

What shipping methods are available within the U.S.?

We offer the following shipping options for customers in the United States:

  • 5–8 business days
  • 3–4 business days
  • 1–2 business days

Choose the option that best fits your delivery needs during checkout.

How long do international orders take to deliver?

International orders normally arrive within 5–14 business days of shipping, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship using USPS, UPS, and DHL depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! Expedited shipping options are available at checkout based on your location.

Will I be charged customs or duties for international orders?

Yes, international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. At checkout, you’ll have the option to pre-pay these fees — this often saves you money and ensures a smoother, faster delivery.

If you choose not to pre-pay, duties will be collected by the carrier at the time of delivery, and fees may vary based on your country’s customs regulations

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible U.S. orders within 10 days of delivery. Jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition. Please note: bridal, clearance, custom, and international orders are final sale.

Is there a return shipping fee?

Yes, a flat $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! We offer exchanges on eligible items through the same portal used for returns. As long as the item is unworn and meets our return conditions, you can easily exchange it for a different item or variation.

How do I start a return or exchange?

All returns and exchanges are processed through our Returns Portal. Just enter your order details to get started.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're so sorry! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 3 days of delivery at support@inaury.com with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Can I return sale or clearance items?

No — all clearance, final sale, and promotional items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your return is approved and received, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment options, including:

  • PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay
    Shop Pay, Afterpay, and Affirm
Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are securely processed through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system. We never store or see your full payment details.

Can I use a promo code and gift card together?

Yes! You can apply a promo code and gift card in the same order, as long as the promo code is valid and not already restricted to single-use.

Do you offer payment plans or buy now, pay later?

Absolutely! You can split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments using Shop Pay Installments or Afterpay. We also offer longer-term monthly payments through Affirm—select your preferred option at checkout.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, sales tax is applied where required by law and is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Can I pay in a different currency?

All orders are charged in USD. Your bank or credit card provider may apply a conversion fee depending on your location.

Product & Jewelry Care

What materials do you use?

Our jewelry is made using high-quality mixed metal bases (brass, copper, and alloy) with real gold, rhodium, antique, or silver plating. We use a variety of stones including American diamond (AD), zircon, kundan, and moissanite polki depending on the piece.

Please note: our jewelry may have traces of nickel.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

At this time, we cannot confidently claim that our products are 100% hypoallergenic. While many of our pieces are nickel-free, our mixed metal bases (brass, copper, alloy) may contain trace amounts of nickel. If you have a known metal allergy or sensitivity, we recommend reaching out to us before placing an order so we can guide you toward the safest options.

Will my jewelry tarnish or fade?

With proper care, your jewelry will remain beautiful for a long time. Tarnishing can occur over time due to exposure to water, sweat, perfume, or humidity. Always store your pieces in a dry place, preferably in the pouch or box provided.

How should I care for my jewelry?
  • Avoid water, lotions, perfume, and sweat
  • Store in a cool, dry place
  • Use a soft cloth to gently clean after wearing
  • Keep each piece in its own pouch to prevent scratching
Can I wear your jewelry daily?

Our pieces are crafted for occasional wear—perfect for weddings, events, and special moments. While some customers choose to wear them more often, we recommend removing jewelry before showering, swimming, or sleeping to maintain its plating and shine.

That said, we’re actively working on a new collection designed specifically for daily wear—including water-friendly options. Stay tuned!

Gifting & Packaging

Is your jewelry gift-ready?

Yes! Every Inaury order comes beautifully packaged in our signature jewelry box—perfect for gifting (or keeping for yourself). No need to add gift wrap separately.

Do you offer gift messages?

Yes! You can include a handwritten gift message with your order. Just leave your note in the “Order Notes” section at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Can I send a gift directly to someone else?

Absolutely. Just enter the recipient’s name and shipping address at checkout. Just leave a note in the “Order Notes” stating this is a gift, so we don't send
pricing information inside the box.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We offer digital gift cards in various amounts. They’re delivered via email, never expire, and can be used on anything we ship.
