Please note: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Inaury's responsibility for the shipment has been fulfilled. Inaury is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after the carrier has confirmed delivery.
If you live in an apartment complex or a building without direct front door access, we strongly recommend using a work address or a carrier pickup location to ensure safe delivery.
