Order processing and tracking:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. All shipments include tracking and basic insurance.

- Shipping estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Inaury is not responsible for delayed deliveries once a package has been handed off to the carrier. Tracking will be provided, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving carrier-related issues.
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

- If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery, unpaid duties, or an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
- Once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure a secure delivery location, and consider selecting a shipping method with signature confirmation for high-value orders.
- If you live in an apartment complex or a building without direct front door access, we strongly recommend using a work address or a carrier pickup location to ensure safe delivery.
