Every Inaury piece is crafted with care and inspected before shipping. If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, we'll make it right.

Condition: Unworn, with original packaging

US Return Shipping: $7 flat fee (deducted from refund)
International Return Shipping: Customer responsibility

Exchanges
Want a different size, style, or piece? We offer free exchanges within 10 days of delivery. Just let us know what you'd like instead and we'll take care of it.
If you're not ready to choose something new, we're happy to issue store credit so you can shop whenever you're ready.
What Can Be Returned
- Items in original, unworn condition
- All original packaging and components included
- Returned within 10 days of delivery
Please note: All pieces from your order must be returned together for a full refund. Partial returns will receive a partial refund.

Clearance items
All clearance items are final sale
Customized or personalized pieces
Made just for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled

Damaged or Defective Items
Received something damaged? We're so sorry — here's how we'll fix it:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Send us photos of the damage and packaging
- Choose your resolution: full refund, replacement, or exchange
For US orders, we'll cover the return shipping for damaged items (just send us photo proof). International customers are responsible for return shipping, but we'll still make it right with a refund, replacement, or exchange once we receive the item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will go back to your original payment method.
For US orders, a $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (waived for damaged items with photo proof).
Store Credit
Prefer store credit over a refund? Just let us know when you contact us and we'll issue credit to your account so you can shop whenever you're ready.
Cancellations
- Before shipping: We can cancel your order — just contact us ASAP
- After shipping: Please follow our return process above
- Custom orders: Personalized pieces cannot be cancelled
