Please note: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Inaury is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after delivery has been confirmed.

If you live in an apartment complex or a building without direct front door access, we strongly recommend using a work address or a carrier pickup location to ensure safe delivery.
