Domestic Orders:
We offer affordable flat-rate shipping across the U.S. via USPS or UPS. The carrier is selected based on which option provides the fastest delivery to your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Please note: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Inaury is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after delivery has been confirmed.
If you live in an apartment complex or a building without direct front door access, we strongly recommend using a work address or a carrier pickup location to ensure safe delivery.
International Orders:
Shipping starts at $11 USD and is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. For detailed shipping information, visit our Shipping Information page.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 10-day return and exchange window starting from your delivery date. Some exclusions apply. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@inaury.com or via our Contact Us page.

International Orders
- Exchanges are not available

Every Inaury piece is carefully packaged to arrive ready for gifting. Your jewelry comes in an elegant two-piece rigid box with a decorative exterior and a plush synthetic fiber interior — designed to cradle your pieces and keep them protected in style.
Bridal sets are packed in a signature wooden bridal jewelry box, because your bridal pieces deserve a presentation as special as the occasion itself.
Our boxes are made from durable chipboard, a recyclable material, as part of our commitment to more conscious packaging choices.
