Orders & Shipping
All orders take up to 2 business days to process.
For U.S. orders, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
International orders may take longer depending on destination, customs, and local carrier timelines. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
Yes! We ship internationally. Please note that international shipping typically takes longer than domestic U.S. shipping and may be subject to customs delays.

Orders can be canceled or updated only if they haven’t been shipped yet. Once an order is shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it.
We do not offer rentals or local pickups at this time. All orders are shipped directly to your address.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items.
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

- International orders

Bridal consultations start with an initial conversation to understand your vision, color palette, and styling goals. Then, we’ll schedule a follow-up session where we present a curated product demo just for you.

Packaging Details
Yes! All orders arrive beautifully packaged and gift-ready.
- Non-brirdal orders are packed in our signature black jewelry box, tied with a ribbon—perfect for gifting or keeping.
- Bridal orders from our Bridal Collection are packed in a premium black wooden jewelry box, ready for your big day and picture-perfect moments.
Product Care
Store your pieces in a cool, dry place. Avoid contact with water, perfume, or chemicals. Use a soft cloth to gently clean after each wear.
Some pieces are limited edition. If something you love is sold out, feel free to contact us—we may restock or offer something similar.
